We need you! It takes a generous amount of funds to keep our organization operational. US Water Rescue Dive Team (USWRDT) operates primarily on member funds, gifts, and donations. We do not receive city, county, or government funding. While our members remain dedicated to providing underwater search and recovery and water rescue services, our limited funding at times means we cannot respond to non-emergency calls. Our services are much-needed and it is heart breaking for members and those in need of our assistance to not be able to respond to each and every request for aid.
Your donation will be used to help us help others by keeping the team trained, equipped and, most importantly, available to travel and help those families in their times of deepest need: To bring home a loved one (whether it is rescue or underwater recovery). Funds are also utilized for children's water safety education.
USWRDT accepts financial donations as well as equipment donations such as boats and vehicles. USWRDT is a 501(c)(3) organization, all donations our tax deductible.
